sender has a question or a comment.
"address-book" list will be compiled from the e-mail submissions and utilized for all future notices. If a previously
submitted e-mail address changes, it is the responsibility of the member to send, in the same manner outlined above, a new
e-mail from the new or revised address.
note: The former "mailing list" system of notification of members regarding the Annual Meetings of the Society has
been discontinued. Surface-mail notifications will no longer be made. You must follow the process described above to be included
in any future notifications.
